Leave

Applying for Leave
Access the Leave Management Tab
Open the Fieldproxy mobile app and tap on the "Leave Management" tab.

1. View Leave History
Tap on the "View Leave History" button to view your leave history.
This will show you a list of your previous leave applications, including the dates, categories, and reasons for leave
If the employee has not taken any leaves, the system does not display leave data, maintaining a concise and clutter-free interface.
2. Enter Leave Dates
a. Tap on the "From Date" field to select the start date of your leave. A calendar view will appear. Select the desired start date for your leave and tap on "OK" to confirm your selection.
b. Tap on the "To Date" field to select the end date of your leave. A calendar view will appear. Select the desired end date for your leave and tap on "OK" to confirm your selection.
3. Select Leave Category
Tap on the "Apply for Leave" button to start a new leave application. A dropdown menu will appear with the following leave categories:
Casual Leave
Sick Leave
Work From Home (WFH)
Half-Casual
Half-Sick
Half-WFH
Select the appropriate leave category from the dropdown menu.
4. Provide Leave Reason
Enter a brief explanation for the reason you are applying for leave in the "Reason" text field. This will help your manager understand the purpose of your leave request.
Submit Leave Application
Tap on the "Submit" button to submit your leave application. Your manager will receive a notification and review your request.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a notification with the approval or rejection status.
You can also check the history of leave in the view leave history section of leaves
The Agent can check the live status of the leave in the leave tab of the dashboard
