Access the Report Tab
Open the Fieldproxy mobile app and tap on the "Report" tab.

Summary
The summary provides a brief overview of the employee's attendance, check-in status, hours worked, and expense claims for the selected period. It includes the following information:
Attendance Status: Indicates whether the employee was present, absent, or on leave.
Check-In Status: Indicates whether the employee checked in on time, late, or not at all.
Hours Worked: The total number of hours worked is calculated based on the duration between punch-in and punch-out times for the each working day .
Total Claimed Amount:
Provides the total amount of expenses claimed by the employee, offering a consolidated view of their spending during the specified timeframe.
Expense Status:
Indicates the status of each expense claim, distinguishing between approved and rejected claims.


Attendance Table
The attendance table provides a detailed breakdown of the employee's attendance records for the selected period. It includes the following columns:
Date: Displays the date for which the attendance record is being shown.
IN Time: Indicates the time the employee clocked in for work.
OUT Time: Indicates the time the employee clocked out of work.
Hours: Shows the total number of hours worked by the employee on that particular day.
My Expense History
The My Expense History section displays a list of all the expenses claimed by the employee during the selected period. It includes the following information for each expense:
Date: Indicates the date on which the expense was raised.
Employee: Shows the name of the employee who claimed the expense.
Expense Category: Displays the category of the expense, such as food, travel, or accommodation.
Mention Other: Provides any additional details or notes related to the expense.
Receipt Image: Displays an image of the expense receipt, if applicable.
Amount: Shows the amount of the expense that was claimed.
Status: Indicates the current status of the expense claim, such as pending, approved, or rejected.
Approved Date: Displays the date on which the expense claim was approved, if applicable.
Approved By: Shows the name of the person who approved the expense claim, if applicable.
My Leave History
The My Leave History section displays a list of all the leave applications submitted by the employee during the selected period. It includes the following information for each leave application:
Leave From Date: Indicates the start date of the leave.
Leave To Date: Displays the end date of the leave.
Category: Shows the category of leave, such as casual leave, sick leave, or work from home.
Reason: Provides the reason for which the leave was requested.
Employee: Shows the name of the employee who applied for leave.
Approval Status: Indicates the current status of the leave application, such as pending, approved, or rejected.
Approved Date: Displays the date on which the leave application was approved, if applicable.
Approved By: Shows the name of the person who approved the leave application, if applicable.

1. This Week Overview Tab:
Displays a summary of the user's attendance, mileage, leave, expense, and working hours for the current week.
Includes prominent counters for each metric, providing a quick overview of the user's activity.
2. Attendance Tab:
Allows users to apply date filters to narrow down the displayed records to a specific time period.
Provides a list view of attendance information, including date, day, check-in/check-out status, in/out locations, working hours, and total working hours for the selected date range.
3. Leave Tab:
Displays a list of all leave requests submitted by the user, along with their respective approval statuses.
Provides a clear overview of the user's leave history and current leave balance.
Allows users to track the progress of their pending leave requests and stay informed about any updates or decisions.
4. Expenses Tab:
Presents a detailed breakdown of the user's expense claims, including expense type, amount, date, category, receipt details, and approval status.
Allows users to filter expenses based on date range or expense category.
Provides a clear overview of the user's expense history and current expense balance.
Enables users to track their expenses, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and monitor their expense patterns.
5. LT Tab:
Displays a list of the user's location tracking records for a specified date range.
Provides a visual representation of the user'sdistance traveled.
Allows users to track their mileage and ensure accurate reimbursement claims.
