Smile While Talking Exercise

To do this exercise, you’ll need to look into a mirror, so go into the bathroom, the bedroom, or any private place with a mirror.
For the next five days, for five to ten minutes each day, practice smiling while you talk. Incrementally add each of the following:
A little chuckle, so a slight laughter comes through your voice
An eyebrow lift and open eyes
A little nod
A faster cadence to your speech

Once you feel comfortable talking this way, begin practicing it casually with other people. Of course, you don’t have to tell them you’re practicing; just smile, nod, slightly chuckle, talk faster, and lift your eyebrows. It will
change the way you interact with people and transform the opportunities that you will attract.
