What thoughts do you have on a regular basis that may be leading you to an unhappy state of mind? Very often these thoughts take the form of defeated questions. For example: “Why am I so fat?” is not a question that will help you understand what steps to take to change your situation. However, “How can I enjoy sculpting my ideal body and reclaiming my energy?” will move you in the direction you want to go.
What questions do you habitually ask that are hindering your growth?
In a notebook or journal, list the unsupportive thoughts you often think.
Then cross out each thought and restate it in a way that empowers you to obtain what you actually want.
