30 Day Early to Rise Challenge

I present you with the “30-Day Early-to-Rise Challenge”—an activity that will change your life if you follow through with it. For thirty days, get up at least an hour before the rest of the house. (Go to bed earlier if you need to, but you’ll probably find you don’t need to.)
Your objective when you wake up in the morning is to come up with several new ideas that inspire and motivate you. Keep a pen and a journal nearby and jot down the first twenty ideas that come to mind. Write quickly. Chalkboard. Brainstorm. Circle the idea that is most important to you. To set that idea in motion, quickly brainstorm five specific actions you can take within twenty-four hours and do them.
Over thirty days you’ll have come up with thirty new ideas. Any one of these can take your life in an incredible new direction. (Don’t panic! I’m not saying this is something that you have to do for the
rest of your life. You can occasionally sleep in after the thirty days.)
