Create a popup with buttons
Using some tips from Paul and Max in the Coda Community, I tweaked my buttons table to create a drop down menu. It’s ugly but it gives you an idea how you could use this to improve doc UI.

Basically, you use the same technique as the navigation buttons but you tweak it to provide a pop up that appears when you hover. This uses the Object formula. I just added another row to my buttons table to create a different version of the buttons. If I were putting this in a doc I’d make it prettier probably add the name to the button but I didn’t want to rework what I already had so I just Concatenated the name in to give you an idea.

Just hover over the Words below to see a popup with buttons!
