Mango Chia Seed Pudding
Mango
2 tbsps chia seeds
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp maple syrup or vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Chop up mango into little pieces
Add to a jar or bowl with chia seeds, milk and sweetener
Shake or mix it all up
Leave in fridge for 10 minutes
Mix again to make sure chia seeds aren’t stuck to the bottom
Leave in fridge overnight
Top with granola, coconut shreds and peanut butter
Enjoy!
