Design Thinking Primer: To begin your design thinking journey you will join our design thinking primer and onboarding session. In this remote session, you’ll meet the fellow members of the Future Leaders programme and get a taste for how DT works in practice on a small scale problem.

Bootcamp: Join the Sprint Valley team at Warwick University for a 2-day, in-person DT bootcamp. Here you will be working in a team of 5 guided by a Sprint Valley facilitator through and end-to-end Design Thinking process.
Over the course of the 2 days an expert facilitator be working with you on a challenge through a series of workshops designed to get you a user-tested solution in just one week.
🗓️ March 2nd & 3rd ⏱️ 2 full days (time cleared by your line manager)
Experiment Support: Work with Sprint Valley to develop a small scale experiment to see how your solution would work “In the wild” so you can build more clarity on what’s required to succeed with your challenge.
🗓️ w/c March 6th-24th ⏱️ 1/2 day each week including weekly implementation clinics to help you get advice on your experiments
Storytelling Support: Develop your project story and shape recommendations in advance of the leadership showcase with support from Sprint Valley coaches.
🗓️ March 21st-30th ⏱️ 3 hour storytelling workshop March 22nd + 1 hour optional coaching drop-in March 29th
Leadership Showcase: Finally all teams will share their progress, learnings and recommendations with Leadership and the wider Digital Community in a half-day showcase.

Overview
This phase of the project is where you will get the chance to start putting the techniques and processes (that you saw in phase 1) into action yourself.
🗓️ w/c April 10th - w/c May 8th
Tiny-but-mighty learning sessions: Once a week, for 5 weeks, you will attend a 60-minute session with Sprint Valley introduce a practical concept for you to take away and implement into your day-to-day work that week.

Live application mission: Apply the week’s concept to your day-to-day work and take note of what happens.

Team check-in: On the Friday, there will be a coaching clinic where the team will come together to share experiences of applying concepts and get feedback on implementation.
