WORK FROM POLICY (COVID’19)
Considering the prevailing situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is paramount for the company to act on the safety of the employees. Work-from-home has become a new normal but subject to change from time to time as per COVID-19 scenario, Government guidelines and instructions. As long as the work-from-home continues, employees are advised to adhere to the following:
● Stay safe at home. Use a mask, wash your hands with soap frequently. Maintain social distancing.
● If any of your family members, neighbors, friends, or anyone in the close proximity has been declared positive with 'Coronavirus', please take all necessary precautions to safeguard yourself. Also, inform HR, or your immediate supervisor without delay.
● From the work front, keep your desktop or laptop in a working condition all the time. In case of any repair, keep the concerned network admin informed about the same. It is primarily an employee's responsibility to keep the hardware and system in a working condition.
● You must make sure you are in possession of a good internet connection, UPS back-up (for desktops), and all necessary accessories.
Be in a presentable manner always during working hours as you are required to switch on your video during meetings.
● Be prompt on time. Always use the 'myPayWow' App for marking your presence.
● Keep yourself fit and healthy by doing an exercise of minimum 20-30 minutes in the morning.
● As per Government instructions, you must install the 'Arokya Sethu' App on your mobile.
