All the new employees should undergo the onboarding process, Onboarding process will help the new hires feel more valued, better understand their role, and increase their productivity and performance, resulting in increased engagement

New employees will be monitored by Onboarding buddy and department buddy to ensure that the new hire is having smooth transition in the company and the feedback will be collected on the employees journey within the company till 90days
