The company will not permit any employee to take an outside job with a company in the same or related business as the company, or which is in any way a competitor of the company; this includes companies owned by the employee or the other.
Employees are not permitted to work for any client of the company outside of the regular working hours as described above, without the express approval of the company president or his designated representative.
