LEAVE POLICY

1.Accrual Leave

An Employee will get 1 day accrued leave for each 20 working days. Employees have to apply for accrued leave 15 days prior & get approval from their supervisor before the date of leave requested. An employee can apply for a maximum of 5 days of accrued leave which has to be approved by their supervisor. An employee can carry forward a maximum of 10 accrued leave to the next year.

2. Casual Leave

An Employee will be entitled to get 0.5 day of casual leave per month, whereas they cannot take more than 3 consecutive days in a month. Casual leave can even be applied 1 day prior and get approved from the reporting manager before the employee’s requested date. Casual leave cannot be carried forward to the next year.

3. Sick Leave

An Employee will be entitled to get 0.5 day of sick leave per month. The sick leave may be applied once the employee comes back from the leaves. If the employee has taken more than 3 days of sick leave, they have to submit a medical certificate to the HR department.

4. Maternity Leave

The company will do its best to support the employee during the maternity period. The maternity break can be availed for a maximum of 6 months leave with a 2 months paid period. If you have not turned up after 6 months of completion & not notified about your extension then it might lead to termination.

5. Covid Leave

An Employee will be entitled to get 3 days paid leave if affected by Covid and Incase of hospitalisation he/she will get 10 days of paid leave
