F-FEEDBACKis given about the performance goals/tasks/accomplishment. Typically Hits & Misses are explicitly spoken.
R-RECOGNITIONof good work done during the specific period & its documentation is the thrid element of CFR.
CFR is an activity that happens once every 2 months.
It is a 50-50 responsibility of both the manager & the employee to complete this activity without needing any reminder.
The Manager records the discussion and will share it with the Human Resources department.
The CFR comments by the manager will be the basis for promotions and increments for an employee.
