Our Values

Create a safe place.

When we think of the word “safe” we often think about physical safety. As kids ministry leaders, that part of our role is obvious. Of course we want kids to be safe here! But we want to go a step further. We want to create an emotionally safe place where every kid feels like they belong, and a spiritually safe place where kids can ask questions and explore their faith.

Bring the fun!

We think church should be the best part of a kid’s week! That’s why we place a high value on fun and relationships. When we bring the fun, we realize that moments like play time can be our best opportunity to connect with kids in a meaningful way.

Help kids build an everyday faith.

Our goal is to help kids build a faith of their own and put it into action. The best way for kids to grow is through forming meaningful relationships with their leaders and each other. When kids see God at work in your life, it inspires them to follow your example. After all, kids care more about what they see than what you say!

Help parents win.

The primary influence in a child’s life - good or bad - will always be their parents. We want parents to know the special responsibility that God has given to them and we want to equip them for their role as the primary spiritual leader for their child.
