God is AMAZING! He made the sun in the sky, the animals, the whole world—they’re all His creations. But do you know what God’s most AMAZING creation is? It’s you and me! God made people to be like Him so we can trust and follow Jesus, and be His special friends!

Order of Service

Sample Service Time: 9am
9:00 Play & Check-in
9:15 Clean Up
9:20 Movie & Music
9:45 Picture Passes
9:50 Story Time & Wrap Up
10:00 Adventure Books & Snacks
10:05 Check-out

Picture Passes

Place the Adventure Bag around your shoulder.
Open it up and pull out the first Picture Pass.
Follow the instructions written on the back of the Picture Pass.
Repeat these steps for the each of the Picture Passes.

STORY TIME: Review

Introduce yourself.
Say the Question together: Who made you?
Say the Answer together: God made me AMAZING!
Say the Verse together: Psalm 139:14 “How you made me is amazing and wonderful.”

STORY TIME: Read

Lay the Story Cards in order and follow the instructions below for each card.
Story Card #1
Read the caption on the card.
Question: What do you see in this picture that God made? See Story Card 1
Action: Hold your arms out to your sides as big and wide as you can.

Story Card #2
Read the caption on the card.
Question: Who made the oceans? God
Action: Pretend to be an animal swimming in the ocean.

Story Card #3
Read the caption on the card.
Question: What did God make to live on the land? See Story Card 3
Action: Pretend to be a plant, an animal, or a bug.

Story Card #4
Read the caption on the card.
Question: Who are people made to be like? God
Action: High five your amazing friends.

Story Card #5
Read the caption on the card.
Question: When did God rest? After He made everything
Action: Pretend to sleep.

STORY TIME: Remember

Shuffle the Story Cards and lay them down in the wrong order.
Say, “This story is mixed up! Let’s put it in order.”
Invite the kids to put the Story Cards in order.

Wrap Up

Talk: God made all the animals in the water. Which one is your favorite?
Pray: Ask kids what they want to talk to God about, and pray with them.

Adventure Books & Snacks

Invite the kids to find a seat at one of the tables.
Give each kid a snack.
Give each kid an Adventure Book, six stickers, and some crayons.
Help kids do activities inside the book.
Keep kids engaged coloring and talking during check out.
Send stickers home with kids who leave early.
When a kid leaves, tell the parents something positive about their kid.
