1) Set up your email content for follow up. You can use our template for a start.
2) To personalise your content, you can use the variables to do so — {1} refers to Interviewer Name, {2} refers to Company Name, {3} refers to Role, {4} refers to your own name
3) Edit the green columns under the "Completed Interview" section. Key in your email sign off name and select the email subject for each recruiter for your follow up
4) Check through the email preview to see if everything is okay
5) Hit “Send Email” to send the follow up email
