The Skhema Method prioritizes teams to address existing or emerging challenges, not vaguely stated objectives or goals.

When formulating a business diagnosis we make an opinion about a relevant situation, link facts together to support our claim, and make a judgement of the area, timing, or degree of the concern.

It's helpful to think that a business diagnosis shapes the narrative for "why are we doing what we are doing" and enables strategic changes to be brought about by a change in diagnosis.
