We are hiring for Bangalore office and do NOT have any remote work opportunities.

Hiring Process

We don’t care about your degrees or certificates.
We are looking for (current) skills and learnability - you will only be evaluated based on these (we have found some interns to be way more effective than the ones with 3 years of work ex - it’s all about the skills and nothing else).
We have a very effective hiring process. We neither want to waste your time nor ours - so let’s just get to the point, i.e. assessment of skills.
As part of the application process, you will be asked to submit an assessment (doesn’t take more than 20 minutes, differs with each role) and if found suitable, we will schedule a video interview with you.
Based on the discussion, we will issue an offer letter with mutually accepted joining salary/date.
