If you would like our feedback on the content or need any specific help, please let us know and we’ll be happy to support.
The most important thing to keep in mind is our audience. Consider what will be most helpful for early-stage startup teams now and in the year ahead.

Recording Information

Startup Grind will be recording the mainstage & breakout stage sessions and publishing to in the weeks following the event. Please be patient with us as our small but mighty team gets the videos edited and uploaded as fast as we can.
If you would like to invite a videographer to record your session, please let us know and we’ll help make the arrangements (including a complimentary Media Pass).

Connect With Your Fellow Presenters

If you are participating in a fireside chat or a panel, we recommend meeting directly with your moderator and/or fellow speakers ahead of time. Please contact us if you need further introduction beyond what has been provided.

Book Meetings with Top Startups

Speakers have access to the at Global 2024. If you are an investor who is interested in booking meetings with top startups, here’s how to do so:
Choose your startups - Use the third column of to ‘Book Meeting’. You’ll be redirected to find an available time slot on either April 23rd or 24th. The meeting will be held in the office hours section at the back of the Startup Tent. Each startup has limited slots so book early to make sure you get meetings with the ones you like.
Accept calendar invite - Once each meeting is booked, you will receive a calendar invite. Please make sure you accept this invite and arrive on time as the startup team will be waiting for you. If you absolutely cannot make it, please inform us in advance so that I can free up that time on the startup’s calendar.

Slide Presentation Checklist (KEYNOTES ONLY)

Format: Please submit your slide decks in Google Slides Format.
will provide you with a guide for you to create your presentation slides, but feel free to use your own style and deck if that’s your preference.
The slide size in pixels is: 3280 x 1845, we suggest you plan your images according to that resolution. There are several slides with different themes, please choose the ones you see fit, maybe just the border/empty slides, or your own theme.
Size: Widescreen 16:9
Fonts: Do not use fonts lower than 24pt. Ideally, 32-45pt font should be your smallest range, depending on the font's family. If you are using any non-standard fonts, please send me the fonts along with your slide decks.
Social Handles: Conference audiences love to be active on social tweet and gram. We recommend you put both your own social handle and the #StartupGrind event hashtag on every slide.
Avoid animated transitions: This keeps your deck cleaner, more clickable, and more consumable.
Introduction Slides: Please note that we will provide a general introduction slide before your talk with your headshot, name, and position. This will be on the screen as the Emcee announces you. Therefore, ‘About You’ slides aren't needed because an emcee will introduce you with your name and title, but you are welcome to have one if you like!
Provided On Stage: Clicker, confidence monitor, and timer provided
