Event Check-in Process

When you arrive at the event on April 29th or April 30th:

Pick up your badge at the Registration office located at the main Fox Theatre Box Office. There will be a kiosk marked specifically for speaker registration right inside the door.

Your badge will indicate that you are a speaker, for security purposes.

You do not need to wait in line with general attendees, instead head straight to speaker registration and our team will greet you!

All guest passes will be available at General Registration in the Fox Theatre Box Office.

Your speaker pass will give you access to enjoy the full 2-day event.

IN ADDITION: 30 minutes before your stage time, you will meet our staff back at the staff registration kiosk. From there our team will escort you directly to your stage, or to the green room.

Green Room Process

Calendar Invites

You will receive 2 calendar invites for your speaking engagement:

Stage Time Invite: This is the timeframe of your actual session when you are on stage presenting.

Green Room Invite: This is the timeframe 30 minutes before your stage time when you will be escorted to your green room.

Getting To The Green Room & Ready For Stage

You will need to meet our speaker coordinators 30 minutes prior to your stage time at our speaker registration kiosk in the registration box office (where you picked up your speaker badge).

Our team will escort you around the back of the venue to your green room.

You will wait for the audio technician to come get your microphone on.

You will then wait in the green room, until you are “up next”.

Our team will bring you from the green room to backstage after the previous presentation is complete, and you will walk on stage once the Emcee announces you.

Stage Style: Q&A, Direct and Informative.

THE WIN: is to clarify, expand upon, or provide insights on specific inquiries. To give listeners the behind-the-scenes access to your earlier presentation and your fuller personality.
