1. Introduction
SimplaDocs LLC (“SimplaDocs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops third-party agents that run within Grammarly’s platform and infrastructure. This Privacy Policy describes our limited role in connection with these agents and how user information is handled.
2. Data Responsibility
All user data—including inputs, outputs, logs, and metadata—is collected, processed, and stored by Grammarly, not SimplaDocs. Grammarly controls all infrastructure, servers, and security for agent operations.

In rare cases, users may choose to explicitly grant SimplaDocs temporary access to limited diagnostic information (such as logs) for debugging or troubleshooting purposes.
4. Data Security and Handling
Because all data is processed within Grammarly’s infrastructure, Grammarly’s own Privacy Policy and Data Protection practices apply.
SimplaDocs maintains internal safeguards to protect any limited information (such as user communications for support) but does not store or manage Grammarly agent data.
