Dear [*FIRST-NAME*] [*LAST-NAME*],
We are pleased to inform you that your paper

submitted to [*CONFERENCE*] workshop has been accepted.
Congratulations!
As workshop chairs, we worked arduously to provide a thorough review process, working together with reviewers. At the end of this email you can find the reviews.
Regarding next steps:
This venue is non-archival but we provide the service of hosting your paper on our website. We will follow up shortly with instructions for a camera-ready version that we will upload on the website. We strongly encourage you to address reviewer comments in your camera-ready version, as these are important to ensure the best possible paper quality for our workshop. At the venue, we plan to have poster sessions for you to discuss your work with peers. We will follow up with instructions regarding the posters too. Best regards,

Dear {{fullname}} ,

* We strongly encourage you to address reviewer comments in your camera-ready version, as these are important to ensure the best possible paper quality for our workshop.
* However, this venue is non-archival. We thus prepared a .tex file [here]() where we removed all the references to ACM and publications. This tex file still assumes that you have an acmart.cls file in your root folder.
* We opened the revisions in OpenReview. You can upload your camera ready version via by click on the 'revisions' button.
* The deadline to submit final papers is 14 June 2024 AoE.

SUBJECT. : Gen-IR_SIGIR24 – Camera-ready and reviews for accepted papers
Dear Authors,
The camera-ready deadline is coming up on 14th of June AoE. Make sure to upload your final version on OpenReview by then. For that purpose prepared a .tex file [here]() where we removed all the references to ACM and publications. This tex file still assumes that you have an acmart.cls file in your root folder. Note that OpenReview allows us to release reviews anonymously to the public for the accepted papers. We think that the process has been constructive and can be helpful for others. Please message us by the camera-ready deadline in case you object to the general initiative of anonymously releasing reviews of accepted papers to the public.
We thank you for your submission and we hope to see you at SIGIR, either online or in person!
Best regards,
Gabriel, Ruqing, Donald, Andrew, and Ziyan
