Dear authors,

Congratulations again on having an accepted paper at the workshop! We would like to formally invite you to the poster session with all other accepted papers. This session will be shared with the workshops IR-RAG, LLM4EVAL and ReNeuIR.

Here is a form you can fill up once your poster is ready:

A few details about the poster session:

If you attend in person, please print the poster yourself. On the week of the conference, we will print posters for virtual presenters, based on the way you filled out the form.

Poster session time: 11-12:30 (Washington DC time)

Poster format: A0 portrait

We are pondering solutions for virtual presenters now. Last year we had QR codes that linked to a video call.
