In this database you only need to record if an event happened if you’re tracking event base habits (like brushing your teeth), or record the start and end time of a task.
You can record every minute of the day, or just the most relevant moments.
Also, if you do two tasks of your interest at the same time (like being in the park with your children while you have a workout or something alike), you can log many records within a timeframe. Example:
Play with my kids at least 1 hr/day (habit), from 16:00 to 17:00
