The objective is to get all of the grounds wet before starting the brew. This results in coffee that tastes less bitter, more better.
Pour the ground coffee beans into the filter
Make a dimple in the center of the coffee grounds
Pour hot water over the grounds until scale reaches g Stir grounds gently—just enough to get wet all the grounds
Brew the coffee
Pour hot water over the grounds until scale reaches g Gradually add more water until scale reaches g Drink your delicious coffee
