We are looking for our Founding Sales and Customer Success Lead, responsible for ensuring our customers get the most out of our products every day.
role
As a Founding Sales and Customer Success Lead, you will play a pivotal role in making sure we deploy our products successful at our customers. You'll work collaboratively with our sales team, data scientists and data engineers to deploy our products at customers and ensure our customers see the impact expected (and more). Your expertise in customer success for scaled AI systems, deep understanding of AI, and measuring AI impact will be critical to our success as a company.
responsibilities
Customer success for scaled AI systems:
Develop our customer success vision as we transform the way AI is developed and deployed at consumer brands.
Lead our customer success delivery, ensuring our customers get the most out of our products
Build out the playbooks needed to scale our customer deployments across a range of scenarios
AI technologies and scaled AI system deployments:
Ensure customers get all the knowledge and support to deploy at scale AI systems that achieve $ Impact
Translate our technical objectives within the context of our customers to ensure full impact of our AI systems.
Provide customer feedback to our technical teams as we build out product
AI impact measurement:
Drive collaboration with customers on AI impact measurement
Build out our roadmap for AI impact measurement and how we get to flywheel effects as we scale our deployments
Train our team on AI impact measurement
all about you
Proven track record of deploying AI products into customer environment
Strong grasp of core machine learning, genai, agent and graph concepts, and best practices.
Experience building a customer success team
Demonstrated self-motivation, hacking mentality, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Experience contributing thought leadership and driving innovation for AI within a customer context.
location
Hybrid role based in New York City; open to remote U.S. candidates willing to travel monthly to our NYC office.
compensation
$150K-$170K base salary + performance bonus + excellent benefits and perks + equity
