Bathroom

Summary

We are keeping plumbing in original locations to mitigate renovation time, $$ and permit annoyingness
We need to build a pony wall between the vanity and tub to hold plumbing pipes, enable glass shower door installation and simple slide in tub
Note: Annoying Window location above tub on exterior wall complicates shower door placement slightly
Not planning full wall as to not make the bathroom feel smaller than it is
Thought about pushing the tub against the back wall but did not want to deal with the trouble, cost and approval process for moving the toilette outflow

MEASUREMENT DETAILS:
Toilet center is 15" out from wall and 18" from tub (i.e. tub starts 33" from opposite wall)
Tub is 29.5" x 59", when you count the pipe position it goes out 63", and when you add the stop pipe that pops up from the ground it is about 66.5"
Based on the tub and pipes measurements, it looks like we would need a smaller vanity, max 26"
