What to Expect Upon Arrival


Meet with HR

Your first stop will be Human Resources to submit required documents. Bring your , including your Direct Deposit Form, Text Opt-In Form, and your full SSN (this can be provided verbally). You'll also need to provide I-9 documents for employment verification.

IT Set-Up

Next, you will connect with IT to ensure you can access the various company systems you'll be using during onboarding and beyond.

Set Up Your Digital Workspace

To ensure you're ready to hit the ground running, you'll need to set up several digital tools. Our IT Department is here to assist you, but here’s a high level overview of what to expect:

You will be assigned to a workstation at the Dealership to complete all of your onboarding tasks. This workstation will be prepared with the necessary hardware and software needed. Familiarize yourself with the setup and reach out to

After providing your full SSN to Human Resources, you will receive new login credentials for HR HotLink (our HR management system). Registration instructions can be found

Once your Account is set up, you’ll have assigned trainings to complete and company policies to acknowledge and sign. To reference these policies and documents at a later time, they can be found

Human Resources will provide login credentials for your company email and Microsoft 365 suite. Be sure to keep them in a safe place. Make sure you are able to access your email and take some time to familiarize yourself with the platform.

🛡️ DUO Security

Hopefully you’ve downloaded the . We will assist you in getting DUO setup on your first day. You should expect to receive a text message with a link to associate your DUO Account with Simi Valley Toyota - it is important that you do not delete this text.

Once you get setup with your email access, keep an eye out for an email from KPA / VeraSuite, which will include a registration link.
Once you’ve completed the registration, you’ll be assigned specific Safety Training courses that must be completed within your first couple days onboard. Be sure to prioritize these, as they are essential to ensuring a smooth and compliant start in your new role.

For your convenience (though it’s not mandatory), you have the option to download the R&R mobile app, which makes clocking in and out much easier. HR will provide your login credentials to you. Download instructions can be found
