Documents to Gather and Bring on Your First Day!

Important: All documents must be submitted within 3 days of your hire date or you will not be permitted to start work.

To complete the hiring process, HR will need your full SSN (this may be accepted verbally)

Bring Sales License (if applicable)

Only applies to Sales, and Finance Managers

If you don’t have a Sales License yet, we recommend starting the application process, as it may take up to 30 days. You can find the instructions

it to Human Resources, or print and bring the completed form with you on your first day. If needed, form can be provided upon arrival.

We will assist you in getting your mobile time clock setup on your first day however, it is important that you download the app beforehand to avoid any delays. This will be used for you to be able to clock in/out on your phone.
