Q1. Customer has told us a rate of X. What is the right rate for the consultant?

Ans : Start with X/(1.25). You can go upto X/(1.15). Anything above that, pls discuss with Finance.

Q2. Consultant is quoting a rate of Y. What rate should I propose to the customer?

Ans : Start with Y/(0.75). You can go upto Y/(0.85). Anything below that, pls talk to the finance team.
