Can I customize the data collected from agents?
Yes, you can define the specific data points you want to agents to collect in the form questions inside the task.
Can I add new data collection processes to Fieldproxy as a part of integration?
Currently, adding entirely new data collection processes directly within Fieldproxy as a part of integration is not supported.
Can field agents collect data offline?
Yes, the majority of data collection can be done offline by field agents.
When does an internet connection become necessary?
An internet connection is required for three main purposes:
When the server assigns a new job to a field agent.
When a field agent needs to view their newly assigned jobs.
For field agents to receive notifications about new jobs (even if they are currently offline).
How do field agents see new data from the server?
Field agents will need to manually sync their devices to get the latest information from the server.
