Incorporate external data sources to link incomplete records
Example: Let's say the bank has two customer records that appear to be separate individuals based on the information they have on file. One record is missing a Social Security Number and the other record is missing a date of birth. However, the external credit bureau data shows that these two individuals have the same address and are listed as co-signers on a joint credit account. By using ensemble models that incorporate the credit bureau data, the entity resolution system may be able to identify these two records as being related and link them together into a single customer view.
