💡 Reminder — we will discuss interests and skills as they pertain to competitive advantages later on in Launch OS. This exercise is meant to get you thinking about the knowledge you already have. We’ll build on this later.
Skills
We cover all of these topics in Launch OS. The goal here is to identify where you’re weak and strong — this will help you make better decisions about building and growing your business moving forward.
SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)
Using the table above as a reference tool, construct a SWOT evaluation.
Strengths: Personal attributes or knowledge that are currently valuable.
Weaknesses: Personal attributes or lack of knowledge that are currently detrimental.
Opportunities: Ideas or business models that seem to be a good fit for you.
Threats: Potential roadblocks in your opportunities.
If you have not gone through Launch OS yet, you may be a little confused. We recommend that you finish Launch OS and come back when you have a little more context on how these different pieces work together to build a business that allows you to run downhill.
