only 1 "admin" needed as the staff simply have to click buttons. Cost effective, good looking and simple, I am very proud of this doc - learnt a lot while making it and unfortunately, it was not used by business. I’ve wiped the slate clean in the hopes that someone else can use it. for their business as i think it holds a lot of potential. look at the utility page for the main Equipment and Consumable Tables and go from there - we were going to track 90+ items of equipment and over 120 items of consumables across 5 employees.
(Please note that the Consumables table was going to have a new row for each vehicle/location per consumable).
