The ROAS shown reflects only the value credited within the Nov 12–Jan 12 reporting window, which is a short, winter period. During this time, customers often take additional steps, such as visiting the website later on or calling, before completing a rental. Most converted leads within Cubby were sourced from website and phone calls. As a result, short-window ROAS can appear compressed even when demand and engagement are present. This does not indicate a performance issue, but rather the timing and nature of the customer decision process.

Next Steps

Acting early by shifting part of the Google Ads budget into high-grade backlinking before off-season hits. This proactive approach builds SEO authority ahead of slower months:
Backlinks will be purchased at $125 each through March.
After March, we will reassess and either:
Scale up to higher-authority placements at $200/month, and/or
Reallocate budget back into Google Ads, based on performance.
