Goal: Open space concept ground floor with newly renovated kitchen. New flooring and ensuite bathroom. All complete before move in and after the summer and wedding (Aug 24)

Full Scope of Work

Phase 1. Wall Removal

Goal: Remove wall separating kitchen and dining to brighten the main floor and open space. Create a new layout for the main floor to transition dining into the new family room and make the family room with the fireplace the new quiet dining space.

Designs and Permit Submission / Approval

Construction / Wall Removal

Phase 2. Main floor & Second Floor renovation

Goal: Once the structural changes have been made, full reno of the main floor and second floor flooring.

Popcorn Ceiling removal

Hardwood Flooring (both floors)

Coffered Ceiling removal

Full Kitchen renovation

Ceiling Pot Lights

Match stair color and change to more modern railings

Phase 3. Master Bathroom renovation

Goal: The Master bath is very tight and we are hoping to open it up and make it feel more lighter and spacious.

Freestanding Bath tub or convert to standing showering by the window
