Client Support

Ticket

Overview

Client Support คือ feature ที่ใช้สำหรับรับเรื่องจากลูกหนี้ที่ติดต่อเข้ามายังสำนักงานใหญ่โดยการที่ผู้รับเรื่องจะทำการบันทึกรายละเอียดข้อมูลที่ลูกหนี้ติดต่อเข้ามา (รับเรื่อง) และทำการส่งต่อไปยังผู้ดูแล (OA)
สำหรับ Client Support ถูกออกแบบให้เป็น Section ที่ประกอบไปด้วย 2 Modules ได้แก่
