About this Doc

This show case is based on an actual application that was created by Green Digit.

Fun fact:

The original doc is even connected to a webshop, accounting software and document management system. This way fully automating the administration of this company.

Purpose

This doc is created for a company that provides LEAN SIX SIGMA & AGILE courses.

It needed to have the following functions:

CRM

manage customers (companies)

manage participants within each company

Planning

Scheduling of training events

Scheduling of trainers

Managing locations

Managing registrations

Ensuring all tasks are done to organize an event

Entering orders & registrations

Management

Maintaining courses & modules

Managing trainers & locations

Be able to create standard actions in order to ensure proper scheduling of events
