If you forgot to clock in or out, or were otherwise unable to accurately capture your time worked, you can edit your timesheet from the Time & Attendance section of your employee portal.
Adding a Shift
If you need to add a shift to your timesheet (i.e. you did not clock in or out at all for that shift):
Go to the Time & Attendance page. Scroll down to view the Currrent Pay Period widget and click the View History link. Select the day you need to add your shift to.
Note: if you are adding a shift to the current day, you can skip steps 2 and 3 as you are already on the current day. Click the Add Event button. Enter the Work Time event type, start time, end time, work location and CITY job costing code (if required). Editing a Shift
If you need to edit the start or end time of a shift (i.e. you clocked in or out at the wrong time):
Go to the Time & Attendance page. Scroll down to view the Currrent Pay Period widget and click the View History link. Select the day in which you need to edit your shift.
Note: if you are editng a shift on the current day, you can skip steps 2 and 3 as you are already on the current day. Scroll down to find your recorded shifts and click the Edit icon. Adjust the start and/or end time as needed and provide a reason for the change.
