Scheduling your time

You should work with the same partner at the same day/time each week.
The only exceptions are:
part-week holidays, you should replace your L&D time with partner work and can reshuffle your bookings to minimise disruption
for example, if you have one partner that only gets 1 day per week of your time on a Friday, and you take a Friday off, then you might rebalance your week so a 2 day per week partner gets 1.5 days and your 1 day per week Friday partner can have a different 0.5 days of your time
where you have taken sick leave or other time off and want to get back on top of things, where you can replace your L&D time for partner work, or reshuffle your bookings to catch up
this is optional, but if it will help you not to fall behind after being ill, then please swap your L&D time
if you have taken significant time off and need support to catch up, let us know
holidays where you have availability in the weeks before or after, you can move the bookings you are missing to those empty slots

The master partner list has a list of all resourcing request changes. A resourcing request (or change in team) should go through the process outlined on the page of the Master Partner List.

Creating New Bookings

New bookings should only be made in 4hr or 8hr blocks
Bookings should relate to when you will be spending the time with your partner

Moving Bookings

Bookings can be moved within a week if needed (and agreed with your partners)
Bookings shouldn’t be moved across multiple weeks (i.e. from a Friday to a following Monday)
For any bank holidays, you may want to consider reducing the number of days booked with some of larger partners. For example, if you usually do 1 day a week, you may want to do 0.5 day a week instead.
