Our Aim

Our aim is to give you the flexibility to use office space to come together as a team to work. We know that it will also be used where you need a break from working from home.

We believe in any week, the UK team will spend about 1 day in a co-working space, 1-2 days working from home, and 1-2 days working in our partners’ offices.

We believe in any week, the India team will spend 4-5 days working from home and will use a co-working space up to 1 day.

How it works

UK team

UK employees have been given access to

Flowspace⁠

(email invites sent) which can be used to book office space in London. Flowspace works on credits (each credit is £2.50).

We know that some people will also want to book through WeWork’s app. If you’d like to do this, we will set you up with a virtual Pleo card so that you can make and pay for the bookings through WeWork’s app. Please reach out to Sam/ Piyush.

You must not go over the £152/month across both Flowspace and WeWork. If you do, this will be recouped from your next month’s pay.

India team

For India employees, you can book and use any co-working office space that is convenient. This will be reimbursed to you once per month around payroll only where you provide a valid receipt. You will not be reimbursed more than ₹3,250/month.
