Cover is available with

BUPA⁠

on an opt-in basis. This covers:

Outpatient treatment up to £1,500 (for example, special health scans and cancer diagnostics)

Consultant fees (for external opinions on potential health issues)

Facility charges for surgical operations (in BUPA recognised facilities)

Cancer cover

Mental health treatment up to 45 days each year

and enhanced NHS services

The premium for the BUPA medical cover is £43.51 per month.

We also offer you additional dental cover with BUPA, which includes cover for the cost of dental treatment up to annual allowances for different types of preventative and restorative dental treatment such as:

Routine Examinations up to £50 for each visit, maximum of two visits in each policy year; Scale & Polish up to £60 for each visit, maximum of two visits in each policy year; Fillings up to £250 for each policy year

Major restorative dental treatment: 80% towards the cost of your major restorative dental treatment up to £450 for each policy year

Emergency dental treatment up to £1,000 for each policy year, made up of four emergency up to £250 each

Dental injury treatment up to £5,000 for each policy year

Cash benefit for hospital stay

Oral cancer diagnosis and treatment

The premium for the dental cover is £37.06 per month.

Both the medical and the dental plan are benefits in kind - RORA will pay the premium for you and then recover it through payroll.
