Contracting at RORA
How it works
This is how the process runs from here forward, including your main points of contact.
Initial setup
You should have signed an overarching contractor agreement with us and given us the details of your contracting company (if you’ve got one).
Jane will support you getting set up with our basic systems to ensure we can keep track of your availability.
Keep us in the loop if your availability changes for any reason.

Updating your profile
We’ll ask you to complete a
Notion profile
so that we can send it on to prospective partners.
You should also update your Linkedin with a
banner
and as a member of the RORA team.
We won’t be able to put you in front of prospective partners without this.

Meeting prospective partners
When we find a prospective partner who can use your support, Charlie will brief you and ensure it’d be a good fit for your skills.
Keep checking your RORA email and slack. Opportunities move fast and so will we.
We’ll send your profile and all being well, you’ll meet them to discuss the work.

Starting work
Once a contract has been signed by the partner, we’ll sign a matching one with you for the agreed scope.
Teri will update your schedule in Resource Guru and will be in touch periodically to check on your availability for other work.
We aim to fill all our contractors availability within 6-8weeks of joining our team.
