Managing a team
Participates in weekly internal and external catch ups Utilises Process Street - or equivalent - to complete work within deadlines Possesses basic knowledge of Coda and Process Street, using them to effectively undertake BAU tasks Reporting to decision-makers
Performs basic month end tasks (eg. prepayments, accruals) Able to critically analyse financial data from a reporting perspective; highlighting unusual items Running a finance function
Strong knowledge of UK accounting treatments (UK GAAP) Clears bank reconciliations down to zero weekly, with any unreconciled items followed up Competent in use of bookkeeping software, such as Dext Keeps finance inbox at mailbox zero Comfortable managing Dext, using automation where possible Sets up payment runs for review by FinOps Manager Prepares payroll for review, with any queries/changes highlighted to the FinOps Manager Cognisant of smaller details in BAU work Comfortable taking up ad-hoc queries
