What are my working hours?

Flexible! As long as you have a 4hr overlap with UK working hours (9 AM to 6 PM), you can pick your hours. However, do let your team know when they can expect you to be available!

Is the role completely remote? Is there an office in India?

Yes, the role is compltely remote! Currently, the team works remotely from all over India. We don’t yet have an office there

Who is my employment contract with?

Your employment contract and other logistics are handled by our PEO ABC AvantEdge. However, for all practical purposes you are considered an employee of RORA and most RORA policies apply uniformly across the UK and India teams

Can I negotiate salary?

We don’t do salary negotiations as a policy. We want to be completely transparent as employers, which is why our salaries are mentioned alongside the job description everywhere. We believe candidates deserve transparency in every aspect of the recruitment process!

Can I join at a higher level than Level 0?

No, because we believe all employees at RORA require a base level of training to be able to adapt to the RORA business model, and this progression is what the Skills Ladders track!
