Am I expected to come in to the London regularly?

It depends! We encourage getting facetime with your partners as we believe it helps with relationship building. Moreover, if you have a partner that wants you to work out of their office, we recommend mutually agreeing on a cadence that works for both of you!

Do you offer sponsorship?

At the moment, we don’t unfortunately! But if you think this is the role for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

How are start dates decided?

They’re based on our reporting on team availability, upcoming scopes and other internal metrics. Our team is growing, and while we can’t always offer an immediate start date, we aim to update you with the next available start date as you get through the interview process

Do we get to meet the rest of the team frequently?

Yes! We have regular L&D Away Days, various FinOps Forum events and a lot of socials that the UK team is invited to
