When taking time off, you are responsible for making sure it is communicated promptly to your partners, and then they are reminded regularly as your holiday approaches.
You must:
let partners and your teams know as soon as you have booked time off
Update your partner-side calendars with OOO bookings
reminding everyone in the months and weeks before your time off
discussing requirements for cover and planning with PartnerOps
reminding everyone the week of / week before
updating your partner-side Slack / Teams statuses
setting a vacation responder for your emails
Optional:
sharing photos
bringing back souvenirs or treats

Where possible, we expect you to make sure everyone who needs to know you won’t be in for the day is caught up - for every day you need to be off.
You must:
let partners and your teams know as soon as you have booked time off
decline any meetings you will be unable to attend
check in with the team to let them know if there are any urgent priorities you will need support with
let everyone know when you are back
confirm what you’ll need to catch up on
Where an emergency renders you unable to do so, just let PartnerOps know and we’ll handle the rest

While you don’t need to share personal information with your partners and teams, do make sure you let them know as soon as you can where you will be off work.
