More Happi⁠

- a 1-2-1 online workplace coaching service that allows our team members to discuss work, relationships, parenting, purpose, and more, to allow them to grow and prosper.

More Happi coaches are here to offer support to team members struggling with work-related issues, lack of motivation and purpose, or just to act as a pit-stop amidst a busy period in an everchanging climate.

Here are some key features of More Happi coaching:

Unlimited coaching sessions for everybody!

Everybody has their own version of what coaching should look like... and how frequent it should be

Some of us prefer regular monthly sessions, and some prefer to meet weekly

Others usually prefer monthly sessions, and maybe during a particularly low time, perhaps weekly makes more sense?

And yet some others prefer to talk on a more ad-hoc basis

And now our coaching framework caters to all of the above

To reiterate - unlimited coaching sessions for everybody

This includes full-time, part-time, permanent and contract workers. We’ve found that everybody that works with RORA contributes to advancing our mission - so why should they not have access to coaching that can help them navigate work and create fulfilling careers fro themselves

By default, everybody will be provided with a More Happi login when they join RORA so you can start ASAP

You can book a session at pretty much any time

Facing a crisis at work that’s affecting you negatively and there seems to be no solution in sight? Book a coaching session in the next one hour to talk through it and don’t let that issue fester for any longer than it should

All you have to do is, go to ‘Book a session’ → hit ‘Next available’ to see a list of slots in order of availability

We recommend booking a coaching session if you’re feeling particularly low or have an issue you need to sort out but are stuck. This is in addition to regular coaching sessions we suggest you book to make sure you’re frequently oiling all the moving parts

Coaching is 100% anonymous

More Happi is an independent platform that services multiple employers - and this means that all information employees share with them is confidential

For e.g.: if you’re thinking about quitting your job at RORA and looking for something new, you can definitely reach out to a coach at More Happi and that information will not be shared with Quantico

In other words, coaches at More Happi only talk to you, not to RORA
