Screening

This is where we go through your CV, your response to our Application Form to assess your fit for the role and invite you the recruitment process highlighted below-

Technical assessment (1hr 15m)

It involves a task wherein you take on the role of a FinOps Manager at RORA and review financial information from a fictional partner shared with you at the start of the assessment. This is an offline interview.

Meet the team (30m)

This is a chat you get to have with another FinOps Manager to learn more about the role. It is not evaluated as it’s entirely for your benefit. Do take a look at the

Team Handbook⁠

and come prepared with questions.

Case study interview (1hr)

This interview involves a roleplay task (brief will be sent 1 day prior) wherein you take on the role of a FinOps Manager speak with a fictional partner, followed by a conversation to assess your understanding of RORA.

Meet the senior team (30m)

This is an informal chat with our senior team to give you an opportunity to learn more about the role and about RORA and help you understand the expectations of this role. Do come prepared with questions!

We’re always open and looking for great candidates. However, we can’t always guarantee an immediate start date.
