Screening

This is where we go through your CV and your response to our Application Form to assess your fit for the role, and invite you the recruitment process highlighted below-

Technical assessment (1hr 15m)

This involves a task wherein you take on the role of a FinOps Associate at RORA and review financial information from a fictional partner shared with you at the start of the assessment. This is an offline interview.

Meet the team (30m)

This is a chat you get to have with another FinOps Associate to learn more about the role. It is not evaluated as it’s entirely for your benefit. Do take a look at the

Team Handbook⁠

and come prepared with questions.

Case study interview (1hr 15m)

This interview involves a task that you will get 30m to prepare for, and 45m with your interviewer. The task involves two parts that assess your technical and behavioural fit for the role.

Meet the senior team (30m)

This is an informal chat with our senior team to give you an opportunity to learn more about the role and about RORA and help you understand the expectations of this role. Do come prepared with questions!

We’re always open and looking for great candidates. However, we can’t always guarantee an immediate start date.
